![]() 1. First, contact us for a quote. We'll help you find the perfect domain and talk about your hosting options. We will discuss the best design package for your website needs. We'll get to know you and your small business over the phone, via email or in person (for local customers). We'll talk about your goals and purposes for your website and discuss your design ideas. We'll talk about color theme, logo, layout and features for your site. We may ask you to fill out a short questionaire to get more specifics. 2. Next, we'll send you a recommendation for the package we feel best fits your needs, along with a price quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will invoice you for a 50% deposit (for packages over $300). 3. After your deposit is recieved, we will use the design ideas we talked about to create a custom logo and/or website mockup. The logo will need to be approved before we can move on to the mockup. We can also help you purchase hosting and/or a domain name if you would like. 4. Once the mockup is designed, we will email it to you for approval. We'll make any changes you request. Once the mockup is approved, we'll begin the scripting process and invoice you for any remaining payment. Once payment is received and the scripting is finished, we will ask you to preview the site and make any final changes at this time. All content needs to be to us before scripting can begin. 5. Finally, once the previewed site is approved, we will upload it to your webservers, and we will pass on any instructions to help you maintain or update your site as needed. 6. We will follow up with you after 2 weeks for any concerns or questions you may have.
